Refund policy

We want you to feel completely at ease with every Maryanaz piece.

We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

To request a return, simply email us at care@maryanaz.com with your order number.

Need a different size?
We’ll gladly exchange your item if stock is available. Let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Sale items, custom orders, and items worn or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
