Terms of Sale – UAE Orders
1. Orders
All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation. Once placed, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping
We ship via trusted couriers within the UAE. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Shipping is complimentary for orders over AED 1,500.
3. Payment
All prices are in AED and include VAT. We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

Return shipping is complimentary for orders above AED 1,500. Otherwise, a small fee may apply.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method.
Terms of Sale – International Orders
1. Worldwide Shipping
We offer international delivery via reliable global couriers.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination. An estimate will be shown at checkout.
2. Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns
Due to logistical constraints, international returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

4. Currency & Billing
All orders are charged in AED. Your bank may apply conversion fees.
5. Insurance
All international shipments are insured during transit. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer upon delivery.
